Your property will be advertised on all the major property portals - including Rightmove, Primelocation, Findaproperty and Globrix - ensuring it receives maximum exposure to help attract the best tenants. And depending on how much you want to get involved yourself, there’s a range of optional services too.

Standard Service - £85.00 + VAT

Look what’s included in the Standard Service:

Advertising - we’ll advertise your property on Rightmove, Findaproperty, Prime location, qpml.co.uk (which can be found on all major web portals) and Globrix.

Full Colour Property Brochures - we’ll provide you with a PDF brochure to print and hand out to prospective tenants, so they’ll have all the relevant details at their fingertips.

Tenant Introduction – we’ll pass on all enquiries to you via email or text, so you can make the necessary viewing arrangements and let your property in the shortest possible time.

Referencing - we’ll carry out the necessary checks for you to verify a prospective tenant’s credit history, bank references and employment status. A charge will be made to the tenant and there is no cost to you.

Professional Service - Questus Property Management Ltd is bonded by both ARLA and NAEA so you can rest assured that the advice and service you receive will be second to none.

Advertising Board – £22.50
We’ll put up a Questus Property Management branded ‘To Let’ board outside your property to advertise to the local community.

Tenancy Agreement – £60.00
We’ll draw up a Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for you.

EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) – £70.00
We’ll arrange for an authorized inspector to conduct the necessary checks on your property. An EPC is a legal requirement for all rented properties and gives heat loss ratings and suggests where improvements can be made.

Photography – £65.00
We’ll arrange for a professional photographer to take up to six digital images to show your property in the best possible light.

Floor Plan – £35.00
We’ll visit your property to measure up and then produce a computerised floor plan for inclusion in your property brochure.

Gas Safety Certificate – £55.00
We’ll arrange for a Gas Safe registered engineer to check the boiler and other gas appliances in your property. Landlords are required by law to have these checks carried out every 12 months and must provide tenants with a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate.

Inventory – from £55.00
We’ll visit your property to carry out a detailed appraisal of the condition of your property and its contents. An inventory can prove invaluable in the event of a dispute arising over contents or condition when a tenant vacates the property.

Portfolio Packages – from £399
Save on multiple property listings. List five or more properties and you can save on the normal listing fees.
