Registering with QPML
By giving us all the information you can we can focus your search finding you a suitable home.
Your property search
With a shortlist of properties it is time to start viewing. Usually we can arrange viewings at short notice or meet you in the evening. Details of properties can be printed directly from our website with full mapping information.
Once you’ve found a home
We will require a bank reference, a personal reference, character reference and an employers’ reference. Lastly we require photo I.D and a utility bill, payslip and bank statement. We can give all the advice you need to secure the property for you.
Inventory
When instructed by the Landlord an Inventory will be taken of the property. This is a schedule of condition to be signed by both parties prior to occupation and will be used should there be any dispute over the deposit when you vacate.
Rent & Deposit
Prior to you moving in we will require 1 months rent in advance and a damage deposit of 1 months rent.
As a member of the Tenants Deposit Scheme your money is held in a secure account and with the peace of mind that an Independent Case Examiner can be bought in to arbitrate should there be any dispute as to how the deposit should be returned.
Completion
Congratulations!! With the funds cleared and references returned you can move into your new home. If we manage the property you also have the peace of mind that all repairs will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. |
