Our improvement services division was created in the advent of the buy to let era. We had many landlords approach us looking for advice and information on everything from simple repairs to full renovations.

Using our database of tradesman and local knowledge we are able to give guidance, advice and project management services to all clients. This has given them the confidence to expand their portfolio where had they not had access to professional tradesman they would have sidestepped an opportunity.

Whether you are a new or existing client this service is open to all and operates to ensure your property meets all safety requirements and is kept in good order throughout a tenancy and is refurbished to a high standard while it may be vacant.

In addition to this we have a team of inventory clerks who, on the instruction of the landlord we can arrange to visit the property prior to a tenancy starting and make a schedule of condition, where necessary we will include photos on a cd rom. Since the inception of  the Deposit regulations this is becoming an essential medium to settle any disputes arising at the end of a tenancy. We are member of the tenants deposit scheme and as such are required to register all deposits with them and issue the necessary certification to tenants.
